Introducing the new silicone mould material.

One 375gm pot of BLUE silicone and one 375gm of YELLOW catalyst.

Mix 1part blue silicone to 1 part yellow catalyst BY WEIGHT.  Stir thoroughly for 3 minutes until the mixture is evenly green and you have your RTV silicone mix.

This Room Temperature Vulcanising silicone mould material is so easy to mix- no complicated calculations, just 1 part to 1 part.

Because you can see when the silicone is completely mixed, mistakes are avoidable and material is not wasted.

The silicone is a very high quality and thin enough to pour evenly. It gives an extremely faithful reproduction of masters resulting in high finish resin casting - no need to polish (except perhaps edges). It is also low odour.

The moulds are very flexible and allow easy de-moulding. The moulds can be made very thin which makes the material economical and they are long lasting and should give 100-150 castings.
